Katie is the COO of Crossfire Consulting with 25+ years of hands-on experience across project management, software development, systems architecture, and QA, Katie is a Forward Deployment Engineer in her own right - she can walk into a client environment, understand the technical landscape, and get an AI system into production.
She leads Crossfire’s FDE staffing practice, screening and placing the specialized talent that enterprises need to turn AI pilots into real-world deployments. Katie holds a BA from Colgate University in Molecular Biology, an MBA from New York University, and a Master’s in Biotechnology from Columbia University.

With 50+ years of experience spanning computing, telecommunications, and financial systems - including C-suite roles at NYSE- and ASE-listed companies - Joe brings unmatched cross-industry depth to every client engagement. He is a compelling speaker and trainer with the rare ability to translate complex AI concepts into compelling business cases for executives across industries.
Joe holds a BBA from Bernard Baruch College and an MS in Investment Management from Pace University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and holds a Doctorate in Computer Science from Pace University.

She leads Crossfire’s marketing organization with a focus on strategic alliances, major account growth, and brand presence across the web and social media. As AI reshapes the consulting landscape, Shelly has been instrumental in positioning Crossfire at the forefront of enterprise AI deployment services.
