Our Process

Crossfire’s 3-step process ensures we find a perfect fit for your needs quickly.

  1. Pre-Screen & Initial Interview - Candidates are screened from our employee network and extensive candidate database, then interviewed by a Recruiter to assess technical role, responsibilities, communication skills, job history, references, interest, and salary expectation.
  2. In-Depth Interview - Candidates are interviewed by the Account Manager, who evaluates all details from the first interview and determines whether the candidate will fit the client’s culture, industry, pressure, and communication expectations.
  3. Technical Screen - Candidates who pass the first two interviews are given a monitored coding/skills test or phone-screened by a senior Crossfire staff member based on the exact technical skills and environment needed for the project.
